Goodreads

A novel of suspense that explores the complexities of marriage and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.

When you read this book, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are reading about a jealous wife and her obsession with her replacement. You will assume you are reading about a woman about to enter a new marriage with the man she loves. You will assume the first wife was a disaster and that the husband was well to get rid of her. You will assume you know the motives, the history, the anatomy of the relationships.

Assume nothing.

My Takeaway

Whoa!!! The Wife Between Us, was suspenseful, thrilling, and a definite page-turner! From the beginning, I did not want to put this book down (you won’t either). Authors, Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen provide a heck of a psychological thriller full of curve balls, and serious twists, and surprises. I thought I knew where the story was headed and then BAM, nope… I had it ALL wrong! Just like the synopsis states, assume nothing! I can’t write too much about the plot or I will spoil it, but if you dig psychological thrillers that keep you guessing, I immensely recommend you get yourself a copy (and a comfy spot). I assure you will be talking about it. Oh, and Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Partners is making a movie of this phenomenal thriller – woohoo! So go ahead and pre-order your book today!! (the book will be officially released on 1/9/18).

A HUGE thanks to NetGalley and St. Martin’s Press for granting me an arc of this awesome thriller! I was also fortunate to win an arc of the book on a Goodreads giveaway. 🙂
